My newest, ongoing project presented an engaging yet highly complex challenge: building the foundation and launching a personal expert blog within a narrow niche, demanding deep strategic immersion and complete managerial oversight. My role was primarily managerial, encompassing strategic planning, production coordination, and the overall positioning of the project.
The initial phase demanded meticulous attention to detail and a deep strategic groundwork. The long and intensive startup period was dedicated to forming the blog's foundation. We focused on the strategic styling of the main profile, alongside the creation and design of supplementary accounts on other social media platforms. Key ideas and the overall concept of the blog were developed, defining the visual identity, including the selection of the colour palette and typography used throughout the project. Extensive analytical work was conducted to identify the target audience and research the market niche. Given that this area was characterized by high specialization and minimal direct competition, determining the blog's unique positioning was crucial.

During the project, I took ownership of the full cycle of content management and production support. I constantly proposed a multitude of diverse ideas and strategies for the blog's growth, including trending topics relevant to different target audience segments, post formats, and rubrics, and developed the structure for case studies and expert material. I actively suggested video ideas and managed all preparatory work for the expert "talking head" video format. My tasks included designing subtitles, writing descriptions, selecting hashtags, and managing other details critical for promotion. Briefings were regularly held to review content performance and address mistakes, defining the subsequent strategy.
The experience gained from this project was particularly valuable, as it taught me how to work with an entirely different target segment than I was previously accustomed to, and how to successfully position expert content. My strongest areas were strategic planning and idea generation, showing high initiative and an ability to adapt content for diverse audiences. I significantly developed my management skills, coordinating visual design, content governance, and leading briefings with a clear strategic breakdown, refined my video format skills, and gained invaluable experience learning how to build long-term communication in a highly specialized niche.
